3. Payment Processing We process orders after successful payment authorization. Should there be any issues, we will reach out for alternative arrangements.

4. Currency Handling Transactions are conducted in USD. For non-USD credit cards, the total will be converted based on the daily exchange rate of your card issuer.

5. Accurate Pricing Prices on SeniorPick are regularly updated to reflect accuracy. In case of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed.

6. Sales Tax Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the applicable state sales tax rate.

7. Order Confirmation After your purchase, you’ll receive an email from support@seniorpick.com with your order details and the total amount charged.

9. Late or Missing Refunds Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, which means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our Support Center page

10. Billing Information For order processing, the billing information must match your payment provider’s records. Discrepancies may cause order delays or cancellations.
